What is nanotechnology?
Nanotechnology is a field of research and innovation concerned with building ‘things’ – generally, materials and devices – on the scale of atoms and molecules. A nanometre is one-billionth of a metre.
Hydromx nanoparticles are about 90 nanometres in size, to put this into context a COVID virus is about 120 Nm in size. The diameter of a human hair is about 10,000 times bigger.
